Bio
Roma Dalal was appointed by Governor J.B. Pritzker in 2021 to serve as an Arbitrator with the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Prior to serving, Roma Dalal has most recently served as a Partner at Wiedner & McAuliffe, LTD where she has provided professional legal assistance, advice and counsel on workers’ compensation related matters. Before being named Partner she served Wiedner & McAuliffe as an Associate Attorney for nearly ten years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law.
