Bio
Mr. Karr has been practicing with Evans & Dixon, LLC since 2005, and is a member in the firm's Workers' Compensation practice group. Throughout his career, he has concentrated on the defense of employers against claims for workers’ compensation benefits from workplace injuries resulting in physical or mental disability under the Illinois and Missouri Workers' Compensation Acts. His experience is diverse and includes both government and private practice, and his case experience includes assaults, violent acts, back and head injuries, fatalities, heart attacks, and infectious diseases in a multitude of industries. Mr. Karr regularly appears at the St. Louis and St. Charles dockets in Missouri, as well as dockets throughout Central and Southern Illinois, on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured employers.
