Dennis M. Lynch is a distinguished trial attorney who has secured record-setting verdicts and multi-million dollar settlements for injury victims across Illinois and nationwide.
With a proven track record of taking on the world’s largest corporations and insurance companies, Dennis has established himself as a formidable advocate in all areas of personal injury litigation, including construction accidents, railroad injuries, interstate trucking, insurance bad faith claims, products liability, workers’ compensation, nursing home litigation, and medical malpractice.
A magna cum laude graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Dennis’s commitment to justice began early in his career when he started working at a personal injury law firm as an undergraduate. While at Loyola Law, he distinguished himself as a member of the Law Journal, served as Symposium Editor of the Consumer Law Review, and earned awards for Academic Excellence in Evidence, Advanced Evidence, and Illinois Litigation.
His appellate work has shaped Illinois law, including a landmark case involving the traveling employee doctrine in workers’ compensation litigation. Dennis continues to make significant contributions to the legal community through his leadership roles in prestigious organizations.
He serves on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice’s Interstate Trucking Litigation Group and is a past Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Tort Law Section Council. He is also a member of the Society of Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only group of Illinois’s top trial lawyers.
Dennis regularly shares his expertise by lecturing at Loyola University Chicago School of Law on construction law and personal injury litigation.
