The second case law update of 2017 will include discussion of recent Appellate Court cases involving: arising out of; credit & lump sum payout; and 19(h).

As always, all persons are welcome to attend. No reservations are necessary. Just show up, sign in and learn. WCLA members & IWCC personnel and staff and other approved attendees receive free MCLE credit. You must attend to receive credit.

JRTC Assembly Hall which is the auditorium on the Concourse (basement) level of the James R. Thompson Center (State of Illinois Building) at 100 W. Randolph in Chicago.  All programs begin at 12:00 noon and end at 1:00 pm.
